All advertising and directory listings are bought on an annual basis. For accounting purposes the twelve month term runs from 1 October through to 30 September the following year. Invoices will be sent out during October and need to be paid during November. If accounts are not paid by 31 November the information may be removed from the site. For advertising and directory listings that are bought during other times of the year the invoice will cover the full months from date of purchase through to 30 September. For example if advertising or a directory listing was bought on 12 April 2007, the invoice would be for five months (May, June, July, August and September). During October an invoice will be sent for the subsequent twelve months 1 October through to 30 September the following year. Ads or listings will be made live as soon as payment is received.
Payment is to be made directly into the Experiencepauanui bank account. These details will appear on your invoice. Payment must be received in advance before any advertising or directory information is made live on the website.
While all care is taken, no liability is accepted for any inaccuracy of information. Advertisers will be given proofs of all material before going live and must take this opportunity to check all information is correct. If any information is found to be wrong, please notify us in writing via email and your information will be updated at our earliest convenience for no charge.
REMOVAL OF INFORMATION
If at any time ads or listings are required to be removed from the web site, notification must be made in writing and sent via email.
